I have my own files, can I supply them?

Absolutely! If you already have laser-ready files, feel free to send them to us via email. We’ll review your files and provide you with a quote based on your specific requirements. It’s that simple!

Which file format is required if I am supplying my own files?

We require all artwork to be drawn as a vector file. Suitable files include; ai. (Illustrator), PDF, EPS, DXF and SVG files.

Be sure to check all font have been converted to outlines.

2. Share Your Vision: If you have visuals, sketches, or examples, don’t hesitate to include them. Even a simple sketch can help us capture your concept and turn it into reality. 3. Our Response: Once we receive your request, a team member will reach out to you. We aim to respond within 48 business hours. If you haven’t heard back after three days, feel free to get in touch—occasionally, emails can go astray.
4. Next Steps: After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote. If you choose to proceed, we’ll issue an invoice, which can be paid through any of our convenient payment options.

From there, we’ll collaborate with you to move forward and make your vision a reality.
