What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to our products all being made to order, we do not offer returns except in the case of an error being made. If this occurs please contact us as soon as possible.

Is there a shop I can come to visit?
We do not currently have a physical shop as such. You are welcome to come in and have a chat, but we ask that all acrylic orders be placed online as we don't offer 'cutting as you wait'. You are though welcome to come in to purchase vinyl, which we can cut on the spot.
Can I click and collect my order?
Yes! Absolutely.
If you are a Hobart/Tasmanian local, you can collect your order from our Lenah Valley workshop.
Simply place your order online and select 'local pick up' at the checkout.
All pick up orders will be placed on our collection table out the front of the workshop, We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
What is your current turnaround time?
Please note that our office is closed for
the Christmas holiday and will reopen on Monday, January 13th. Upon our
return, all orders will be processed in the order they were received.
Kindly allow up to 7 business days for orders placed during this period
to be processed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Our team will respond to inquiries and process orders as quickly as
possible once we are back.

Is your acrylic cast acrylic?
Yes! All of our acrylic is cast acrylic.
I need my order ASAP, is there a way to fast track my order?
We have all been there.. Need your order in a hurry and can't afford to wait? Rush My Order is the perfect solution.
Priority processing will direct your order to the front of the queue.
Without compromising other orders, yours will be processed out of hours.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Please know that we do not profit from postage costs in any way. We appreciate how expensive shipping can cost and we know that this can be a large expense which none of us need. We have worked incredibly hard to ensure our postage costs are as low as possible. Our rates are calculated using both size and weight of your order so then the appropriate bag/box can be chosen using live shipping rates.
If for some reason you are ever over-charged for postage, this will be refunded back to you as soon as your order has been processed.
I have received my order but it is damaged. What do I do?
We take great care to ensure your order is carefully packed to avoid any damage but we know things happen. In the unfortunate event your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any damages to your items once they have been unpacked.
You MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Some of our products are fragile & can be easily damaged. We are not responsible for any damages once you have unpacked your items.
Please take care when handling acrylic, it can be quite brittle & easily scratched or broken if not handled correctly.
What shipping company do you use?
Orders will be sent with tracking via Australian Post.
Express post is available. If express post is required please select at checkout.
IMPORTANT - Choosing express post means you will receive your order sooner once it has been dispatched, it does not mean your order will be processed quicker than the current turnaround times.
Estimated delivery time once the courier has received your order is generally 2-10 days (within Australia) depending on shipping location. Unfortunately we can't control how long delivery takes. You will receive tracking details so you can check the status & location of your order once it has been shipped.
