Important Information About Timber Stands

Each of our timber stands is precision cut in-house using either a 2mm or 3mm saw blade.

Please note that acrylic thickness can vary by ±10%. This variation occurs during the manufacturing process and is outside of our control. Due to these natural fluctuations, the slot in your timber base may fit tighter or looser depending on the exact thickness of your acrylic piece.

Because we cut each stand according to the blade width, we are unable to customise individual slit sizes or guarantee a perfect fit every time.

If your stand is too tight, we recommend lightly sanding the inside of the slot with fine-grit sandpaper to widen it slightly.

If your stand is too loose, you can apply a small strip of clear vinyl to the bottom edge of your acrylic piece to help create a snug fit.

Unfortunately, due to manufacturer thickness tolerances, we cannot guarantee an exact fit. If you require a more precise and consistent fit, we recommend purchasing one of our Sign + Bases instead.
