Refund & Postage Information


We take great care to ensure your order is carefully packed to avoid any damage but we know things happen. In the unfortunate event your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. 
We are not responsible for any damages to your items once they have been unpacked. 
Orders will be sent with tracking via Australian Post.
Express post is available. If express post is required please select at checkout. Using express post means you will receive your order sooner once it has been dispatched, it does not mean your order will be processed quicker than the current 2-4 business days. 
Estimated delivery time once the courier has received your order is generally 2-10 days (within Australia) depending on shipping location. Unfortunately we can't control how long delivery takes. You will receive tracking details so you can check the status & location of your order once it has been shipped.

Please Note
Customs and/or import duties and taxes may apply in your country upon arrival. In these cases, the charges are paid for by the customer and Laser Cut Blanks is not responsible for these additional fees. If you are unsure, please kindly check with your local tax and import offices.


Due to our products all being made to order, we do not offer returns except in the case of an error being made. If this occurs please contact us as soon as possible. 

We take the extra time & care to pack our items as well as we can to ensure safe delivery, but in the unfortunate event you receive your items & find that they have been damaged while in transit, please notify us immediately.

Some of our products are fragile & can be easily damaged. We are not responsible for any damages once you have unpacked your items.

Please take care when handling acrylic, it can be quite brittle & easily scratched or broken if not handled correctly.
