Fitting Your Sign Properly Into Its Base

To ensure as close as possible to the perfect fit, our signs and bases are carefully designed so that the sign will only fit into its base one way.

It is essential to fit the base the correct way up, as there is a top and a bottom to every base. Fitting the sign upside down or incorrectly may result in damage to both the sign and the base.

  • Labeling for Easy Assembly: Each base will be labeled "Top" to indicate the correct orientation.

  • Remove Protective Film/Paper: Before fitting the base, ensure you remove the protective paper or film from the sign. Be sure to note which sign corresponds to which base, as this is crucial for proper assembly.

  • No Mixing and Matching: Be sure to not mix and match signs and bases. Each base is specifically cut to fit its corresponding sign. Mixing them will result in improper fitting.

  • Handle with Care: Avoid applying excessive force when fitting the sign into the base, as this can result in damage or snapping.

Please note: Any damage caused while fitting the sign to its base is not our responsibility. Damage will only occur if proper care is not taken during assembly.

Every sign undergoes a meticulous process to ensure the highest quality:

1. Precision Cutting: Each sign is precisely cut, with its base carefully measured and cut to match.

2. Fit Testing: The sign and base are checked to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Final Packaging: Each sign is clearly labeled to make it easy to see which base corresponds with which sign. While signs may or may not be individually packed, you’ll be able to easily match the correct base to its sign.

While we strive for perfection, please note that acrylic manufacturer tolerances allow for a thickness variance of +/- 10%. This may occasionally affect the fit slightly.

Additional Tips:

If needed, a small drop of E6000 adhesive can be used to secure the sign to its base.

Always take care when assembling to avoid unnecessary damage.
