Order Cut-Off Date
- All orders placed prior to close of business on Friday, 12th December will be processed and dispatched before our Christmas break.
- Orders After Cut-Off: Any orders placed after this date will be sent once we reopen in January.
- Custom Prints: Please note we are unable to fulfil custom print orders for the remainder of the year.
- Final Week Processing: Our last week will be dedicated to completing existing orders.
While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that orders placed before Friday, 12th December will arrive before Christmas. If you require delivery before Christmas, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post.
Rush Orders: Our rush order option remains available until Friday, 12th December. Any rush orders placed after this date will be prioritised at the top of our queue once we reopen in January.
Christmas Closure
We will be closed for the Christmas holiday from Monday, 22nd December and will reopen on Monday, 12th January.
During this time:
- All orders placed will be queued and processed in the order they were received once we return.
- Kindly allow up to 7 business days for processing after our reopening.
- Emails and direct messages will not be monitored during the closure period. We will respond promptly upon our return.
